1. Scope

These terms apply to all bookings made through Air Mjellma Travel (Mjellma Travel SH.P.K.) including flights, hotels and package tours.

2. Booking & payment

A booking is confirmed once payment is received or as agreed with our agents. Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes where indicated at checkout.

3. Changes & cancellation

Change and cancellation rules depend on the fare type, airline and hotel policy. Please contact our call center before requesting changes. Fees may apply according to supplier conditions.

4. Travel documents

Passengers are responsible for valid passports, visas and health requirements. We recommend checking entry rules before confirming any booking.

5. Liability

We act as an agent for airlines, hotels and other service providers. Their terms apply to the respective services. We are not liable for delays, cancellations or events beyond our control.
